Blend: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec
Tasting Notes: Pomerol, but perhaps not quite as you know it. Pronounced nose of blackcurrant, soft spice and cedar. Intense Blackcurrant, black cherry and ripe strawberry with toast and soft spice. Good body and structure and excellent acidity thanks to the Malbec addition.
Serving Suggestion: Beef, Duck Fillets, Cheese, Tomato led pasta dishes.

Production and Ageing: Oak Barrels (12-18 months)
Age-ability: 10 to 15 years.
