Blend: Mourvedre, Grenache
Tasting Notes: Wonderful pronounced warm nose of ripe black fruit, cedar and soft spice. On the palate it's dry with intense black currant flavours from the Mourvedre, balanced by the warm ripe red fruit of the Grenache. The fine ripe tannins are prevalent to give structure, which is complemented by the warmth of the barrel age characteristics.
Serving Suggestions: Grilled meats, Tuna, Swordfish steaks and strong casseroles.
Production and Ageing: Concrete vat and Oak Barrel
