Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (40%)
Tasting Notes: A distinctly fresh nose of black currant and blackberry with some underlying red fruit aromas. Dry on the palate with a relative lightness and elegance, black fruit of the Cabernet dominates, with some body from the Merlot and roundness from the light oaking.
Serving Suggestions: White meats, tomato based dishes, tuna, swordfish and sea bass.
