Tasting:

Pronounced fresh blackcurrant nose with toast and vanilla notes delivered by the 12 months ageing in new oak barrels.  The palette gives  vibrant intense  black cherry and blackberry balanced by the silky tannins.  Wonderful now, this wine will also stand the test of time.

Serving Suggestion:  Red meat dishes, casseroles, strong cheeses

Ageing: 12-18 months in new French oak
