Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Tasting Notes:
Red ruby in colour with hints of purple and bright. The nose is pronounced with elegant black fruit, spice and cedar aromas. These aromas continue to give complex flavours on the palate with wonderful freshness, thanks to the acidity from the Cabernet Sauvignon. The fine firm tannins offer structure with a long finish.
Serving Suggestions:
Best decanted and paired with fine cheeses and red meat dishes, such as fillet steak, duck breast or lamb.
