Les Cordeliers

Set amongst the 13th century cloisters in the heart of St. Emilion, Les Cordeliers harvest all of their prestigious Bordeaux grape varieties by hand.

After a light pressing, vinification takes place at low temperatures to ensure the freshness of the fruit is upheld. The wines are then transferred directly to bottles for fermentation in the underground tunnels that have been used for this very purpose since 1892.
