Chateau Mangot

Owned and run by the Todeschini family since 1952, brothers Karl and Yann assumed responsibility for production in 2008. As the 3rd generation, they bring energy and a little youthful flare to the solid foundations set by their parents and grandparents.

With a recent heavy focus on the development of the 37 hectares of vineyard, which spans an altitude variance of 55 metres, their wines are well worthy of exploration.

With vines either in both the St. Emilion and Castillion appellations the fruit itself grows in very similar terroir. However the differing detailed stipulations of these two AOC’s results in wines whose characteristics differ dramatically to typify their own appellation.
